Pre-Construction Process
This is when the rubber hits the road! A schedule will be created, materials will be ordered and any permits that may be necessary will be obtained.
Final
Walk-Through
As your project is nearing the end, we will create the final punch list for your project. We will walk you through this list to ensure both parties are happy with the final build. Once the punch list is complete, your new space is yours to enjoy!

Our Free Estimate is standard on all projects. To start things off we’ll setup a phone call to discuss what your project is and how our team can help turn it into a reality. We will discuss what you’re hoping to accomplish and provide you with a cost range that we believe will cover your project scope.
Fixed Pricing
Bid Proposal
Client budget is extremely important! Our fixed price bid is what ensures your project will not run over the pre-determined bid pricing. We carefully craft the bid based off the scope of work and project size, ensuring the price remains the same at the end of the project.
Project Build Out
During this phase, our team will disassemble the old space and start constructing the new one. Our goal is to move quickly and efficiently, while keeping noise and dust contained. Our communication during this process is elevated so you and the team are on the same page throughout the build. We know having your home in a “construction” phase for any length of time can be stressful and we aim to keep that timeline contained.
