I’m Cory Cowger, a licensed General Contractor proudly serving Northeast Kansas for over a decade. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the privilege of working on a variety of projects, from bathroom and kitchen remodels to basement finishing, decks, fences, and general remodeling services. Each project is an opportunity to transform a house into a home and bring my clients’ unique visions to life.

Beyond construction, I’m deeply invested in the Topeka community. When I’m not on-site or meeting with clients, you can often find me supporting local events or spending quality time with my wife and our three amazing children. Family and community are at the heart of everything I do, and they inspire the personalized touch I bring to every project.

I’m honored to serve on the Board of Directors for the Topeka Area Building Association and to be an active member of the Topeka Professional Remodelers Council, the National Home Builders Association and the National Association of the Remodelers Industry. These affiliations allow me to stay on top of the latest industry trends and best practices, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
